What it is​

  • The Off Campus Housing Office will help guide you through the process of finding housing off-campus. The office helps with budgeting and reading leases, conflict mediation (between roommates), and issues with landlords.

  • The off-campus housing office will help with dispute resolution, but cannot give legal advice.

Example usages of this office

  • Sally Sue's landlord turns off the heat at her apartment in the middle of winter. She reaches out to the off-campus housing office and they guide her through getting the heat back on. 


The OSA is made up of undergraduate students acting as caseworkers in different fields to navigate issues including conduct violations, grade disputes, enrollment issues, financial aid problems, residency concerns, discrimination and harassment.
