WHO'S ELIGIBLE FOR SNAP?
INCOME
Earned, unearned, exempt (Not counted for SNAP purposes – ex. HEAP or Loans)
AGE/DISABILITY
For those above a certain age or qualifying because of a disability may also qualify.
NON-CITIZENS
Must be a qualified alien in order to be eligible for SNAP. Non-citizens like tourists and students are generally not eligible.
