What's SNAP?
(Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)

SNAP is our nation’s primary nutrition assistance program, stretching the monthly food budgets of all who meet program guidelines.

  • Working full-time or part-time and are struggling to afford enough food for your family

  • In a household in need of better nutrition and choice?

WHO'S ELIGIBLE FOR SNAP?

INCOME

Earned, unearned, exempt (Not counted for SNAP purposes – ex. HEAP or Loans)

AGE/DISABILITY

For those above a certain age or qualifying because of a disability may also qualify. 

NON-CITIZENS

Must be a qualified alien in order to be eligible for SNAP. Non-citizens like tourists and students are generally not eligible.
