We are a group of students appointed to serve Cornell undergraduates and assist them in navigating any problem at Cornell.

The OSA helps to navigate the Cornell processes to handle any issue you might have, including academic, social, or financial concerns.

The OSA has compiled a list of University resources to help students better understand which office might help them.

Learn how to contact us and information about our walk-in office hours on campus.

The OSA is made up of undergraduate students acting as caseworkers in different fields to navigate issues including conduct violations, grade disputes, enrollment issues, financial aid problems, residency concerns, discrimination and harassment.

Disclaimer: The Office of the Student Advocate is available as a point of contact to help students navigate Cornell bureaucracy and provide advice but does not guarantee any results.
